MDE'S Response

In light of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation we want to reassure all MDE employees, customers, suppliers and clients that the health and safety of our entire workforce is our top priority.

We are taking every necessary step and precaution to ensure the well-being of everyone, both in our company and yours. These include:

  • Strict adherence to national and regional authorities, to ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

  • Sustained communication with our employees and suppliers to help them avoid contracting the virus, and ensuring that these standards are adhered to at all our work locations

In addition to this we have implemented the below internally;

  • Flexible working practices, where available, to ensure business continuity and high levels of service.

  • Prioritize the use of digital tools for meetings instead of physical meetings / visits 

  • Preventive hygiene measures implemented at all our locations  

  • Use of home office and travel restrictions for administrative staff  

  • Established emergency preparedness organization that monitors the situation, and implements necessary measures on an ongoing basis 

At this time we ask all our customers and partners to ensure  guidelines and recommendations from relevant national health authorities are followed, and ensure safe workplaces, whether this is a home office or on location.
